About the Role
As a Field Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, contributing to key decisions and gaining hands-on experience in wellsite activities. Your role will involve everything from acquiring critical data to planning long-term well development, ensuring smooth operations in the field.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where you'll receive extensive training, work alongside industry experts, and develop leadership skills to make a real impact in our business.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Operate equipment and oversee wellsite performance after completing training
✅ Manage field operations, including engineering design, maintenance, and job planning
✅ Gain expertise in the well construction process and the roles of various service companies
✅ Support engineers and specialists on-site, assisting with risk analysis and decision-making
✅ Lead a crew and manage processes within your first year
✅ Prepare wellsite reports and participate in post-job evaluations
✅ Contribute to Schlumberger’s continuous improvement culture
Requirements
✔️ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related science field
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Fluency in English (written and spoken)
✔️ Fast learner with problem-solving abilities
✔️ Passion for continuous improvement and professional growth
✔️ Evidence of leadership and teamwork experience
