The Graduate Development Programme is designed to source, develop, and fast-track the careers of top graduates across MTN's footprint in Africa and the Middle East. This comprehensive program combines both formal and on-the-job training to prepare you for critical roles at MTN, helping you make a meaningful impact within the company.
What the Graduate Programme Offers
Formal Development: The MTN Academy provides structured learning modules at MTN’s regional learning centres across Southern, Northern, and Western Africa. The academy blends immersive experiences with digital and media channels to provide a modern and impactful learning experience.
On-the-Job Development: Graduates are employed within MTN’s operating companies in various regions, gaining hands-on experience through job rotations. This on-the-job training includes real-world role experience, mentoring from senior leaders, and opportunities for direct interaction with the executive committees.
Bespoke Development: The MTN Graduate Programme is designed to provide top graduates with unique opportunities for personal and professional growth within a global company that continues to shape the African continent.
What We Are Looking For
To qualify for the MTN Global Graduate Programme, you should meet the following requirements:
- Graduation: A minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) degree or HND Upper Credit, completed no earlier than 2022.
- NYSC: You must have completed your National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) by September 2024, with a valid certificate.
- Language: Proficiency in English is a must.
- Passport: You should possess a valid international passport.
